Guillaume Craig manages all of blueEnergy's operations in Nicaragua and lives on-site in Bluefields, Nicaragua. Guillaume has long worked in the services industry, managing a coffee bar on the campus of the University of Oregon before moving to France to work in the bar industry. He leveraged his multi-cultural and multi-lingual background to gain the management position at Ayer's Rock, quickly turning it into one of the most popular, and profitable, bars/night clubs in France. In the last year Guillaume set his sights on the renewable energy industry and has applied his management and shop skills towards blueEnergy's project work in Nicaragua.
