August 2004: The BICU-URACCAN-INATEC-blueEnergy Partnership


Representatives of blueEnergy, BICU, INATEC, and URACCAN meet to sign a formal agreement to act as partners to bring small-scale wind power to the Caribbean Coast of Nicaragua.
